These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 222dk website, mobile platform, games, sports betting services, and all related services operated under the 222dk brand (collectively, the "Platform"). They constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and 222dk ("we", "us", "the Company"). By registering an account or using any part of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including registered account holders and visitors who browse without registering. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the Platform and close any existing account. 222dk reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

To register and maintain a 222dk account, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis. 222dk reserves the right to verify any eligibility criterion at any time and to close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed. You must meet ALL of the following:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. No exceptions will be made. Users who misrepresent their age will have their accounts closed and all funds forfeited.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online casino and sports betting services are permitted under applicable local law. Verifying this before registering is your responsibility.
• You must not be currently self-excluded from 222dk or any related platform, nor be subject to a gambling exclusion order from any relevant authority.
• You must be registering solely on your own behalf and for your own personal use. Corporate accounts, syndicate accounts, and accounts opened on behalf of another person are not permitted.

When registering a 222dk account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. This information is used for account verification, payment processing, and compliance purposes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your password and any one-time SMS verification codes. Do not share your account details with any third party. 222dk will never ask you to share your full password via email, chat, or telephone.

• Notify 222dk immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account. 222dk will not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where you failed to take reasonable precautions to secure your credentials.
• 222dk may conduct identity verification (KYC) checks at any time, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or after a change in account information. Failure to complete KYC satisfactorily may result in temporary account restriction or closure.
• Each individual is permitted to hold only one active 222dk account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances may be forfeited pending a full investigation.
• All information on your 222dk account must remain accurate and current. Changes to your name, address, mobile number, or payment details must be reported to 222dk as soon as practicable.

222dk employs SSL encryption on all connections. Account sessions expire automatically after inactivity as a security measure. You are strongly advised to log out after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.

All monetary transactions on the 222dk Platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 222dk does not accept transactions in foreign currencies. Any attempt to transact in a currency other than BDT will be rejected.

222dk currently accepts deposits via the following payment methods. Minimum and maximum transaction limits for each method are displayed in the account dashboard at the time of transaction:

• Mobile wallets: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Minimum deposit: ৳100. Deposits are credited to your 222dk balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• Bank transfers via Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Processing times may take up to one business day. Bank transfer deposits are subject to a higher minimum amount as displayed at checkout.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to that method's limits. Withdrawal requests are reviewed within 24 hours and processed within one to three business days from approval.
• 222dk does not charge platform fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. You are responsible for any fees charged by your mobile wallet or bank.

222dk applies anti-money-laundering (AML) and KYC checks before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds. Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered under your verified name.

222dk offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion, published on the relevant bonus page when the offer is active. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless the individual promotion states otherwise:

• All bonuses must be claimed within the promotional window stated on the offer page. Unclaimed bonuses expire at the end of the promotional period and cannot be reinstated.
• Wagering requirements must be completed in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier and eligible games are stated on each individual bonus page.
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time unless a promotion explicitly states it may be stacked with another active offer.
• Bonuses are for personal use only and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to another player or account under any circumstances.
• 222dk reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where there is evidence of abuse, manipulation, or breach of these Terms, including placing opposing bets across multiple accounts to guarantee a profit (bonus abuse).

In the event of a conflict between a specific bonus term and these general Terms, the specific bonus term takes precedence for that promotion only.

All games on the 222dk Platform use certified RNG technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are operated by independent third-party studio providers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Pragmatic Play Live. By playing any game on 222dk, you acknowledge that outcomes are determined by certified RNG or live dealing procedures and that 222dk has no ability to influence individual game results. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tool to place bets, analyse game patterns, or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage, including sharing hole card information in live poker, coordinating bets across accounts, or any form of team play that disadvantages other participants.
• Exploiting any software bug, glitch, or technical malfunction for financial gain. Winnings obtained via a confirmed software error are void and will be reclaimed from the player's account.
• Placing bets using funds from criminal activity, or placing bets as a mechanism for money laundering or any other financial crime.

222dk monitors all gameplay activity for irregularities. Accounts flagged for suspected violations will be suspended pending investigation. During suspension, access to account balance and withdrawals will be restricted. Affected players will be notified by email and given an opportunity to respond before any final determination.

222dk is committed to promoting responsible gaming. As a condition of using the Platform, you acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk and that you may lose money. You agree to use the Platform for entertainment purposes only and not as a primary source of income. You accept sole responsibility for all betting and gaming decisions you make on the Platform.

222dk provides responsible gaming tools accessible from your account settings, including deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time limits, reality check notifications, and a self-exclusion option. Players who wish to self-exclude may do so for a minimum period of six months. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During the self-exclusion period, 222dk will make all reasonable efforts to prevent access from the excluded account.

222dk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion and without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including age misrepresentation, operating multiple accounts, or engaging in prohibited gameplay conduct as described in Clause 5.
• Reasonable suspicion that an account is being used for money laundering, fraud, identity theft, or any other illegal activity, regardless of whether a formal criminal proceeding has been initiated.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by 222dk, or submission of fraudulent, altered, or unverifiable identity documentation.
• A request from the account holder to close their own account, including self-exclusion requests submitted through the responsible gaming tools or via the support team.

Where an account is closed by 222dk due to a breach of these Terms, any account balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where an account is closed at the player's own request with no breach, any verified balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within five business days.

All content on the 222dk Platform — including website design, graphical elements, logos, text, software, and game content provided under licence from third-party studios — is the intellectual property of 222dk or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from 222dk.

222dk and the 222dk logo are proprietary marks of 222dk. You must not use these marks in any context — commercial or otherwise — without express written authorisation from 222dk. Unauthorised use of 222dk's intellectual property may result in legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 222dk shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of, or inability to use, the Platform. This includes, without limitation, loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of revenue, even if 222dk has been advised of the possibility of such damages. 222dk's total aggregate liability to any player shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the ninety days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 222dk's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law. The limitations in this clause apply regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.

222dk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 222dk will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform before the changes take effect. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team. Archived versions of previous Terms are available on request.
